Adults love singing too!
And YOU need relaxed vocal lessons that are fun - whether you are experienced or a beginner!
All singers benefit from this holistic approach to vocal skill-building!
Come join our intimate in-person singing class in Colorado Springs, CO for an opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, playful atmosphere - with other recreational singers!

Does this sound like you?
- You long to sing with your whole heart. But as you've gotten older, singing seems harder. You've always wanted to do it with more ease and understanding.
- You always wished you'd started singing when you were younger but you never had the courage after you were told you didn't have a good voice.
- You're singing in your church or community choir, and you're worried that you're not good enough - or that you're singing flat.
- Maybe you set it aside because you had kids, a busy work schedule, or just made everything else the priority.
Through the Wholehearted Singer Method -
a combination of Embodied Anatomy, the principles of Alexander Technique (psychophysical re-education), and functional voice training -
you will discover a new awareness of yourself as a singer and develop a mindset of growth -
finding new choices available to you!

These classes are for you if you are:
- Excited to discover how your whole self supports you in the activity of singing
- Curious about how the voice functions in speaking and singing
- Eager to try a new approach to singing
- Frustrated hearing the same old mantras that you've been trying for years - "lift your palate", "more support", "sit tall"
- Ready to delve into new songs and revisit old ones
- Looking for opportunities to try solo singing in a supportive environment (and the choice not to!)
- Want to learn from others in the room - because as you share your discoveries everyone grows!
Everyone grows when we share our discoveries with each other - it's one of the secrets to group learning!
Are those voices in your head telling you that you can't sing?
Those nagging voices that say...
"I'm no good."
"Everyone will laugh."
"My throat hurts when I sing."
"I never learned to read music."
"I'm too old."
"It's too late."
With group lessons, you will discover that you're not the only one hearing those negative thoughts and gain strategies to combat them!
Singing and learning in a group
can be restorative.

Melissa O'Rear, Performing Arts Teacher, Actor, and Singer |
"Conscious constructive discovery and experimentation: HIGHLY recommended for anyone who's interested in investigating and improving their being a human who sings! [The only thing that could make it better...] would be a continuation course where we could continue learning, applying learning, and making discoveries while singing."
